Frances L. Kadonick

Frances L. “Nanny” Kadonick, 91, of Vestaburg, formerly of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017, in her home.
She was born September 20, 1926, in Brownsville, a daughter of the late Frank and Luba Miller Keys.
Mrs. Kadonick was a graduate of East Bethlehem High School and for over 20 years was employed by Greenway Manufacturing, Waynesburg.
She was a lifetime member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish, Fredericktown campus.
Mrs. Kadonick enjoyed baking and cleaning.
Surviving are a daughter, Cynthia Popielarczyk (John “Boobie”) and a son, John J. Kadonick (Denise), both of Vestaburg; three grandchildren, Melanie White (John), Johnny Kadonick and Krystle Kadonick; three great-grandchildren, Chelsea White, Brayden Adams and Paulo Cordell White; a great-great-grandchild, Hayston Magiske; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, are her husband, John S. Kadonick, who died November 3, 1976; a grandson, Cordell Popielarczyk; a brother, Frank “Bob” Keys; and two sisters, Barbara Ryan and Ida Maydack.
Mrs. Kadonick was the last of her immediate family.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of a blessing service, Thursday, January 4, in Greenlee Funeral Home, 42 Bank Street at Crawford Road, Fredericktown, with the Rev. Jeremy Mohler officiating. Interment will be private.
