Donna Fay Martin Paul, 81, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 30, 2017, in her home.
She was born February 29, 1936, in Washington, a daughter of the late Charles Wilson and Ruth Elizabeth Keirs Martin.
Mrs. Paul was a graduate of Washington High School.
She was employed by Hazel Atlas Glass, Washington.
On June 16, 1958, in Winchester, Va., she married Edwin Paul.
Mrs. Paul was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening and reading.
Surviving are her children, Susan House of Fairmont, W.Va., and Charles Paul of Laguna Niguel, Calif.; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Robert and Jane Paul of Washington; a sister, Mary Lou Wykert; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, are her husband, Edwin Paul; a niece, Donna Paul Opfer of Washington; and a sister, Joanne Martin Taylor of New Jersey.
Mrs. Paul’s caregiver, Sheila Costin, and Amedisys Hospice gave her wonderful and diligent care.
At the family’s request, services are private and will be handled by Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home, Fairmont, W.Va.
