Angeline Andy Pastorial
Angeline Andy Pastorial, 94, of Washington, died Tuesday, January 9, 2018, in her home.
She was born January 19, 1923, in Charleston, W.Va., a daughter of the late Ben and Angela Muto Andy.
Mrs. Pastorial attended Trinity High School.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church.
In her earlier years, she worked as a bookkeeper for J&F Tire.
Mrs. Pastorial’s life revolved around her family, and one of her greatest joys was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A member of Vittoria Lodge, she was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed the Pittsburgh Pirates and West Virginia University football. She loved cooking and baking and was well known as the best bread baker around.
On June 14, 1947, she married her husband of 70 years, Domonick A. Pastorial, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Jeanne (Ralph) Fisher of Washington, Donna (Mark) Kirschner of Washington and Janet (the late Steven) Sargent of Washington; a brother, Albert (Terri) Andy of Washington; two sisters, Virginia Agostinelli and Betty Cargnello, both of Houston; six grandchildren, Allyson (Gabriel) Almeida, Brandon Fisher, Brett Kirschner, Shane Kirschner, Lyndsay (Zack) Anderson and Nicholas Sargent; two great-grandchildren, Alexander and Angelina Almeida; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Amedisys Hospice and all of her caretakers provided her with wonderful care and kindness.
Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, January 12, with Father Don Chortos officiating. Inurnment in Immaculate Conception Cemetery mausoleum, Washington, will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
