Joyce M. Richert, 74, of McMurray, died at 4:10 p.m. Sunday, January 7, 2018, in Transitions Healthcare, Washington.

She was born March 19, 1943, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late John J. and Mary B. Szymaitis Richert.

Miss Richert was a homemaker. She was formerly a member of St. Thomas Moore Church in Bethel Park.

For many years, she attended Primetime Adult Care in Bethel Park. She loved music, dancing, cats, playing bingo and people, especially children. No one was ever a stranger.

Surviving are two brothers, Randy (Beverly) Richert of McMurray and Barry D. Richert of Mesa, Ariz., and five nieces and nephews, Laura Bell, Robert Richert, Jordan Richert, Kaitlyn Richert and Troy Richert.

Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m., the time of service, Thursday, January 11, in Warco-Falvo Funeral Home Inc., Wilson at East Katherine avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director. Entombment will be private.
