Calvin Reddings, 66, of Washington, formerly of Jefferson, died Saturday, January 13, 2018, in UPMC-Montefiore hospital, Pittsburgh.
Mr. Reddings was born April 5, 1949, in Ruston, La., a son of the late Curtis and Geneva Tamos Reddings.
His wife, Martha Brooks Reddings, died in 2015.
He is survived by daughter Anita Reddings and grandson Jamar Reddings, both of Washington; six siblings, Dorothy Lee, Mary E. Garner, Yvonne Washington, David Reddings, J.W. Reddings and Sharon D. Garner; and several nieces and nephews.
Two sisters and three brothers are deceased.
Mr. Reddings worked as a miner until he was disabled.
Family and friends will be received from 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. Friday, January 19, in Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home Inc., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, PA 15320, 724-966-5100. Services will begin at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
