Margaret E. Krilosky Conti, 92, of Richeyville, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018, in Mt. St. Macrina Uniontown.
She was born December 22, 1925, in Warren, Ohio, a daughter of the late John and Margaret Sholtas Krilosky.
Mrs. Conti was a 1943 graduate of California Area High School.
She was employed as a hostess by Holiday Inn Uniontown for over 25 years, Paci’s Lounge Malden for 10 years and as a photo technician for 20 years with Conti Photo Services. She also supported the war effort working at a shell factory in New Jersey.
Mrs. Conti was a lifetime member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish, Richeyville Campus, where she also volunteered making pierogies.
Surviving are a daughter, Marie E. Kalich (Ronald Sr.) of Edina, Minn.; a sister, Anna M. Neil of Daisytown; two grandchildren, Ronald Kalich Jr. (Lorraine) and Kristina Russell (Bill); four great-grandchildren, Tania and Corynne Russell and Andrew and Scott Kalich; and nephew David Neil (Debra).
Deceased, in addition to her parents, are her husband, Thomas Joseph Conti, who died July 8, 1970, and two brothers, James and John Krilosky.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Thursday, January 18, in John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, with the Rev. Jeremy Mohler officiating, followed by interment in Phillipsburg Cemetery, California.
