Opal Brownlee of Claysville, died Thursday January 25, 2018, in her home, with her family by her side.
She was born March 7, 1918, in West Finley, a daughter of Roy and Bessie Whiteman.
On March 11, 1941, she married Kenneth B. Brownlee, who died November 23, 1974.
Mrs. Brownlee was a member of Claysville United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Carol of Claysville; a son, Thomas and wife Sandy of Claysville; and many nieces and nephews she loved as her own.
Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, a son, Robert B. Brownlee; three brothers, Raymond, Leslie and Homer “Jack” Whiteman; and four sisters, Paulette and Evelyn Whiteman, Romaine Cunningham and Gladys Plants.

The family suggest memorial contributions be made to Claysville United Methodist Church or Claysville Fire Department.
