Bonnie Willard Johnson, 65, of Washington, died Saturday, January 27, 2018, in his home.

She was born September 7, 1952, in Fairmont, W.Va., a daughter of Wanda Varner Willard and the late Floyd Everett Willard.

She was a 1970 graduate of Trinity High School and attended Washington & Jefferson College.

She was a homemaker and member of Abundant Life Baptist Church.

She loved the beach, spending time with family, writing, watching the sunset, nature, photography and cooking.

On August 9, 1971, she married Charles Alan Johnson, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Justin Johnson of Washington; daughter Jessica (Christopher) Gage of McCandless; brother Michael (Karen) Willard of Lone Pine; sister Donna (Joe) Polen of Lone Pine; grandchild Greyson Gage; niece Renee Polen; three nephews, Jason and Matthew Willard and Benjamin Polen.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, with Pastor George Garanosky officiating. Burial will follow at Washington Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Abundant Life Baptist Church Deacon Fund, 2698 Cameron Road, Washington, PA 15301.
