Paul M. Scheers, 69, of Oakdale, died Saturday, January 27, 2018, in St. Clair Hospital, Mt. Lebanon.
He was born April 24, 1948, in Sturgeon, a son of the late Marcel and Juliette Deleuze Scheers.
Mr. Scheers was a retired machinist with Hanco Ltd.
He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family and helping people as a community handyman.
Surviving are his wife, Marilyn Zollars Scheers; two children, Jodi (Joseph) Murn of McDonald and Matthew Scheers of Clinton; four grandchildren, Emily and Elizabeth Murn and Abigail and Paul “P.J.” Scheers; and four siblings, Carol (John) McFalls of Oakdale, Alan Scheers of Sturgeon, David Scheers of Virginia Beach and Barbara (John) Bee of Sturgeon.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m., the time of services, Tuesday, January 30, in Thomas-Little Funeral Service Inc., 5000 Noblestown Road, Oakdale, 724-693-2800.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association.
