Patricia Lynn Sobolewski
Patricia Lynn Sobolewski, 58, of Mt. Lebanon, lost her battle with brain cancer Saturday, January 27, 2018.
She was born May 31, 1959, in Mt. Lebanon, a daughter of the late Edward and Jennie DeFrancesco Sobolewski.
Ms. Sobolewski was a member of St. Mary Parish, Cecil, and Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Parish, Green Tree.
She enjoyed dancing, reading, Zumba and traveling. She also volunteered her talents to the funding of Make-A-Wish, as well as donating to Project Bundle Up.
Mrs. Sobolewski loved her dog and cats.
She worked as a sales associate for 19 years for American States Insurance in Bridgeville. She also kept busy throughout her years, working part time at Randour’s Chiropractic, Peter’s Place Restaurant and DFO/Today’s Home.
Surviving are a sister, Joyce Sobolewski-Duffy of Cranberry; a nephew, John Patrick Duffy of Denver, Colo.; and her companion of 20 years, Garry Ripple of Mt. Lebanon.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of a blessing service, Wednesday, January 31, in Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services, 3378 Millers Run Road, Cecil, with Father George DeVille officiating. Interment will follow in Venice Cemetery.
