Charles Miller, 95, of Lakeland, Fla., passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018. He was born in Mt. Lebanon in 1922.
He graduated from University of Michigan in 1947 and served in Okinawa, Japan, during World War II. The Miller family lived in the Brownlee House, Eighty Four, from 1966 to 1986.
A former Westinghouse executive, Mr. Miller created a retirement business restoring antique furniture. He was a member of Thomas Presbyterian Church and served as moderator of Washington Presbytery in 1976.
The Millers retired to Florida Presbyterian Homes in Lakeland in 1990.
Surviving are his wife of 74 years, Lucille; son Charles T., formerly of Canonsburg; and three daughters, Kathryn MacLean, Janice Hunt and Leticia Miller; and granddaughters Rachel and Emily Hunt.
