Marie D. Frank, 81, of Avella, peacefully passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018, in her home, surrounded by her family.

She was born August 1, 1936, in Eldersville, a daughter of the late Louis and Margaret Fusarelli DiBacco.

Mrs. Frank was a 1954 graduate of Avella High School.

She was a lifelong resident of the Avella area and was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church of Avella.

Mrs. Frank enjoyed watching the Pirates and Steelers, cooking and baking. Her passion in life was her family; she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Marie was the last of her immediate family.

On September 10, 1955, she married Dominic Frank Sr., in St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, who passed away July 27, 1991.

Surviving Mrs. Frank are two sons, Barry (Janice) Frank of Export and Dominic (Diane) Frank of Avella; a daughter, Valerie (Alex) Paris of Avella; six grandchildren, Jocelyn and Dylan Frank, Dominic and Natalie Frank, and Emanuel and Santino Paris; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased, in addition to her husband and parents, are a sister, Elizabeth (Betty) Carter, and two brothers, Mike DiBacco and Louis D. DiBacco Jr.

Friends and family will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday in Jerome A. Stefkovich Funeral Home Inc., 18 Campbell Street, Avella, PA 15312. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 7, in St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, 97 Highland Avenue, Avella, with the Rev. Robert M. Staszewski officiating. Burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery, Avella.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Michael Roman Catholic Church.
