Carol P. Fawcett, 74, of Charleroi, died unexpectedly Sunday, July 1, 2018, in her home.
She was born May 6, 1944, in Braddock, a daughter of the late Albert Regis and Leah Margaret Little Zist.
Carol was a graduate of Turtle Creek High School and was Catholic. She lived to take care of her family, friends, neighbors and even strangers she met in Giant Eagle. She loved spending time with her family, faithfully sent cards to everyone she loved and made every moment genuinely special.
Surviving are her loving companion, Ellis “Duke” Hall, with whom she shared 20 beautiful years; daughter Amy Claire O’Brien of Monongahela; son Patrick Howard Fawcett of Pittsburgh; two grandsons, Christopher Patrick O’Brien Jr. and Chase Alexander O’Brien; great-grandson Christopher Patrick O’Brien III; two brothers; a sister; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, deceased are her husband, Howard “Red” Fawcett, who died January 16, 1991.
Private visitations were held in Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela.
