A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend, Diana Jackson LaCotta, 63, passed away May 10, 2018, in Intermountain Medical Center, Murray, Utah.

She was born September 28, 1954, in Ebensburg, to Lawrence Jackson and Ruth Dean Flynn. Diana married the love of her life, Dean Allen LaCotta, January 12, 1974, in Fredericktown.

She graduated from Beth-Center High School in 1972.

Diana’s family was everything to her, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She enjoyed traveling, spending her winters in Arizona and was blessed to visit all 48 continental states in the United States. Diana loved camping, fishing, hunting, gambling, playing word games and playing with her five wonderful grandchildren. She touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed by all.

Surviving are her mother, Ruth Flynn; husband Dean LaCotta; two sons and their families, Dean (LeeOra) LaCotta, Bowan, Lance and ShyAnn; Jerod LaCotta and Jamie Davis, Samuel and Gabriella; brother Gary Jackson; and sister Donna Jackson Kachersky.

Diana was preceded in death by her beloved stepfather, Harry Flynn.

Memorial services were held May 17 in Mitchell Funeral Home, 233 East Main Street, Price, Utah.
