Vittoria N. Reda

Vittoria N. Reda, 81, of Washington, died Saturday, June 16, 2018, in Washington Hospital.

She was born December 24, 1936, a daughter of the late Domenico and Rosina DiCicco Greco.

Mrs. Reda was a member of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church.

She was a homemaker. She was an accomplished seamstress who, in her free time, enjoyed music, reading, spending time with her family and keeping up on current events.

On December 12, 1957, in Italy, she married Patsy Reda, who survives. She and Patsy were happily married for 60 years.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons, Joseph V. (Monica) Reda of Export and Dominick P. Reda of Washington; brother Luigi (Dina) Greco of Palos Heights, Ill.; granddaughter Julia N. Reda; two nephews, Dominic and Sergio Greco; a great-nephew; and three great-nieces.

Deceased, in addition to her parents, is a daughter, Carolina Reda.

Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 119 West Chestnut Street, Washington, with the Rev. William P. Feeney as celebrant. Entombment will follow in Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Peters Township.
