Carolyn Mae Newman, born February 13, 1948, went home Friday, June 29, 2018, after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.

A resident of Palm Bay, Fla., she was formerly of New Eagle.

Carol was a retired nurse.

She was predeceased by father John Isaac in 1984; mother Anna Lucy in 1989; daughter Lisa Marie Orndoff in 2008; and brother John Bentley in 2010.

Carol is survived by son Jerry Orndoff and husband Everett Cobb; grandson Chad Cobbs; as well as Wayne (Darla) Newman, Pat (Joe) Filtz, Zachary Filtz, Janet Decooman, Dan Decooman, Denise Decooman and Lysle, Maynard and John B. Jr. Newman.
