Eldon Lucille Ealy

Eldon Lucille Ealy, 80, of Washington, died Friday, May 11, 2018, in Premier Washington Health Center, Chartiers Township.

She was born April 27, 1938, in Washington, a daughter of the late Ransom and Eloise Bainer Day.

A graduate of Claysville High School, she also attended Penn Commercial.

Mrs. Ealy worked as a cook for Trinity Middle School for more than 20 years.

She was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Ealy enjoyed reading, cross-stitch and going to lunch with classmates every month. What she loved most was spending time with her grandchildren.

On June 5, 1958, she married Laverne Ealy, who survives. Next month, they would have celebrated 60 years of marriage.

Also surviving are a son, Ray L. Ealy of Washington; a daughter, Joyce (Donald) Brown of McMurray; a sister, Barbara (George) Clutter of South Carolina; and three grandchildren, Abraham Brown, Aaron Brown and Kelly Florian.

Deceased is a daughter-in-law, Tammy Ealy.

Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of service, Tuesday, May 15, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
