Margaret Donati Froats
Margaret Donati Froats, 103, a lifelong resident of Burgettstown, passed away Friday afternoon, May 18, 2018, in Weirton (W.Va.) Geriatric Center, where she received excellent care.
She was born June 20, 1914, in Cherry Valley, a daughter of the late Anthony and Madelina Pandolfi Donati.
Her husband, Willis “Bud” Froats, preceded her in death October 6, 1997.
She was the last of her immediate family. Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, are a son, Arthur Froats, and nine brothers and sisters.
Surviving are a son, Robert Froats and wife Joanna of Weirton; 10 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
To honor Mrs. Froats’s wishes, there will be no public visitation. Family and friends are invited to graveside services at 1 p.m. Monday, May 21, in Grandview Cemetery on Route 18 in Florence.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lee & Martin Funeral Home, Burgettstown.
