Mary Ann Wardle, 78, of Venetia, died Tuesday, May 22, 2018, in UPMC-Presbyterian hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born August 9, 1939, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Emil and Beatrice Dunn Kopp.
Mrs. Wardle retired as a carrier with the U.S. Post Office in Eighty Four.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving are her husband, James Wardle; son Jeffrey Wardle (Cathleen) of Eighty Four; two daughters, Lori Ann Schiffhauer (Scott) of Myersville, Md., and Christine Windsheimer (Joseph) of Washington; two brothers, Charles “Bud” Kopp of New York and Richard Kopp of Kill Devil Hills, N.C.; three sisters, Rita Fefolt of Arizona, Patricia Wenta of Burgettstown and Elizabeth “Lil” Lusk of Monongahela; five grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a sister, Kathy Turner.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation. A graveside service will be held at a date to be announced in Finleyville Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Kegel Funeral Home Inc., Finleyville.
