Nancy Jane Jablonski
Nancy Jane Jablonski, 69, of Washington, died Tuesday, May 22, 2018, in Washington Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
She was born March 17, 1949, in Washington, a daughter of the late Elmer Lemley Sr. and Janet Behena Lemley.
Nancy was a 1968 graduate of Trinity High School and was a homemaker.
She was a member of Chartiers Hill United Presbyterian Church.
Nancy was devoted to her family and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a strong woman who fought hard and loved fiercely.
On August 19, 1972, she married Richard “Jab” Lee Jablonski, who survives. They married at Sacred Heart of Jesus Polish National Catholic Church in Canonsburg.
Also surviving are two sons, Jason R. (Laura) Jablonski of Carroll Township and Ryan Lee (Heather) Jablonski of Washington; a brother, Elmer Lemley Jr. of Waynesburg; two sisters, Helen Eckels of Washington and Eleanor (John) Allen of Lone Pine; two grandchildren, Layla and Riley; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, are her siblings James “Louie” Lemley and Ruthie Lemley, who died in infancy.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 to 11 a.m., Saturday, May 26, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Don Austin officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
