Darlene Nicholas
Darlene Nicholas, 75, of Lone Pine, formerly of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 24, 2018, in her home, surrounded by family.
Born March 4, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Letitia and Darlington Philips.
She was the beloved wife to the late Steve Nicholas, and dear companion to the late Michael Cizmik; loving mother to Tammy Hilderbrand and Michael (Laura Stone) and Steffani Nicholas; cherished grandmother to Jesse Boland, Steven (Sarah) Nicholas, Nicholas and Cody Hilderbrand and Olivia and Seth Stoffick; and dear great-grandmother to three great-grandchildren.
Darlene was preceded in death by son Nicky Nicholas and siblings Wayne Phillips, June Eckelberger, Patricia Gordon and Everett Phillips.
She proudly retried from Washington County Courthouse as a court reporter. She loved crocheting, embroidery and gardening. Darlene will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Internment will take place in Oak Spring Cemetery, Chartiers Township at a later date.
