Helen A. Fanleski, 97, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 26, 2018, in McMurray Hills Manor.
She was born August 19, 1920, a daughter of the late Zigmund and Anna Fankulewski.
Surviving are two daughters, Pam (Jeff) Yakubic of McMurray and Debbie (Andy) Petryk of Penn Hills; four grandchildren, Kelly (Craig) Baldassare, John (Sarah) Yakubic and Dawn and Lisa Petryk; and six great-grandchildren Jackson, Graycin and Griffin Baldassare and Anika, Benjamin and Emilia Yakubic and sister Rita Baier. Also surviving are nieces and nephews.
She was a retired employee of Internal Revenue Service.
