Carol Ann Lombardi
Carol Ann Lombardi, 73, of Tampa, Fla., formerly of Houston, died Wednesday, October 10, 2018, in Tampa.
She was born in 1945, a daughter of the late George and Evelyn Ward Dodd.
Mrs. Lombardi was a 1963 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School.
She worked for Canonsburg Hospital for more than 40 years.
Mrs. Lombardi was a member of First United Presbyterian Church, Houston.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lombardi.
Surviving are a son, John Karafilis and wife Cindy of Tampa, and two grandchildren, Maximus and Alexandra Karafilis.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, owner/supervisor, 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston, PA 15342. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 16, in First United Presbyterian Church, 102 North Main Street, Houston, PA 15342. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
