Rachel Marcella McCarty Manning, 38, of Richeyville, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018, in her home.

She was born January 21, 1980, in Washington, a daughter of Robert W. McCarty of Wheeling, W.Va., and Debra Timms Torok of Deemston Borough, who survive.

Ms. Manning was a 1998 graduate of Beth-Center High School and was employed as a home health worker for several years.

Rachel loved being with her daughter Jacie and also enjoyed dogs and camping.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are a daughter, Jacie Kay Manning of Nemacolin; three aunts, Laura Jean Hartman, Sharon Piper and Valera Garett (Pat); three uncles, Kemp “Junior” Lynn (Mary), Fred Timms and Kenneth Timms; a half brother, James Wright Jr. (April); cousins Nick Romanakis and Pam Stephens; nephews James and Isiah Wright; great-nephew Lorenzo Wright; and former husband David Manning Jr..

Deceased are her paternal grandparents Paul W. McCarty and Laura McCarty Debsky.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in John B. Greenlee Funeral Home Ltd., 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, and Wednesday, October 31, from 10 to 11 a.m., the time of service.
