Dorothy Koscheck, 83, of Fredericktown, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018, in Transitions Healthcare, South Strabane Township.

She was born June 12, 1935, in Deemston, a daughter of the late Ivan and Mabel Piper Wilson.

Mrs. Koscheck worked in Richeyville Laundromat for many years and Gary’s Pizza and CJ’s Café, both in Bentleyville. She was also a volunteer at Greenery Center for Rehab and Nursing, Canonsburg.

Dorothy was a lifelong member of Beallsville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed Johnny Cash, Ruff Creek Band, puzzle books, gardening, game shows, “Dancing with the Stars” and bingo. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving are three sons, Gary Koscheck or Fredericktown, Mike Koscheck (Tammy) of Fort Hill and David Koscheck of Conover, S.C.; former daughter-in-law Cheryl Adams (Wayne) of Washington; four grandchildren, Amanda Puckey (John) of Bentleyville, Autumn Harrold (Riley) of Markleton, Angela Koscheck (Jamie) of Bentleyville and Kami Koscheck (William) of Fort Hill; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Iva Baldi of Youngstown, Ohio, and Althea Chew of Brownsville; brother-in-law Charles Koscheck (Loretta) of Prosperity; many nieces and nephews.

Deceased, in addition to her parents, are husband Mike Koscheck, who died December 8, 2003; son Timothy Koscheck; two sisters, Caroline and Margaret Wilson; brother Henry Wilson; and two great-grandsons, Gavin and Joshua Koscheck.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in John B. Greenlee Funeral Home Ltd., 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 6, with Pastor Julie Kolacz officiating. Interment will follow in Westland Cemetery.
