Orville R. Duncan IV, 25, of Waynesburg, passed away the evening of Friday, August 31, 2018.

He was born August 17, 1993, in Ellwood City.

Orville is survived by his parents, Orville Duncan III and Katrina Runyan, both of New Castle, and his wife, Crystal Steffler, whom he married June 4, 2018.

He had worked as a pipeliner for Laborers Union Local 1058 at Otis Eastern Service LLC.

Orville enjoyed cutting trees and walking outside. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially his son.

In addition to his wife and parents, Orville is survived by his son, Isaiah Duncan of New Castle; stepchildren Hannah Keisling and Trenton Keisling, both of Waynesburg; and sisters Susan Duncan of New Castle and Chloe Duncan of Ellwood City.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Serenity Ann Duncan.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m., the time of service, Tuesday, September 4, in Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 South Mill Street, where services will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, September 4, officiated by the Rev. Dennis Bupp.
