Catherine A. Mikeo
Catherine A. Mikeo, 97, of Denbo Heights, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 4, 2018, in Mt. Macrina Manor, Uniontown, with her daughter by her side.
She was born August 15, 1921, in Brownsville, a daughter of the late Stephen and Suzanna Fornadely Hudock.
Catherine was a member of Historic Church of St. Peter, Brownsville, and Christian Mothers and Catholic Daughters of America.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Mikeo; sisters Elizabeth Cavrak and Anna Ozanich; and brother Martin Hudock.
Surviving are her daughter, Pamela and husband Robert DelVerne; granddaughter Kathryn DelVerne; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Skirpan Funeral Home, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, where a prayer service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 7. A funeral Mass will follow at 11 a.m. in Historic Church of St. Peter, Brownsville, with the Rev. Timothy Kruthaupt as celebrant. Interment will be in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill.
