Susan Smith Crisafi, 78, of Pittsburgh, died Saturday, January 5, 2019.
She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Anthony Crisafi; daughter of the late James F. and Susie H. Houske Smith; dear mother of Stanley Zavatski and Stephen (Amber) Zavatski; sister of Sister Priscilla Smith, R.S.M.; grandmother of Katie Richardson, Rebecca Zavatski, Stephen Zavatski, Sarah Zavatski and Stanley Zavatski; and great-grandmother of five.
Susan was a member of St. Anne’s Church, Castle Shannon, and was a caregiver, having served her patients through Home Instead.
The family wishes to thank Family Hospice and Marian Manor for the care shown to Susan.
Friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Freyvogel-Slater Funeral Home, 112 Fort Couch Road, Bethel Park, 412-835-1860. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 11, in St Anne’s Church, Castle Shannon.
