J’Sen L. “Frenchie” Pollard, 42, of Washington, formerly of Canonsburg, died Tuesday, January 22, 2019, in his home.

He was born December 14, 1976, in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Pollard was a graduate of Canon-McMillan High School and had been a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother and father, Gloria Kemp and Durell Keyes of Pittsburgh; three daughters, Paris Alexis, Alea and Alexis; a granddaughter, Nevaeh; a brother, Dave Michael Mitchell of Canonsburg; an aunt, Mary Kemp of Canonsburg; two uncles, the Rev. Thomas Kemp (Sally) of Tacoma, Wash., and Kenneth Kemp of Stuttgart, Germany; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of service, Tuesday, January 29, in McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, owner/supervisor, 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston, PA 15342.
