Danny S. Phillips, 68, of Spraggs, died at 9:43 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, 2019, in Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.
In following Danny’s request, there will be no public visitation or services. Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc., Daryl L. Throckmorton owner / director, 197 N.
