Thomas Corcoran
In loving memory of our husband, brother, uncle, brother-in-law and best friend, Tom “Cork” Corcoran.
The son of the late Ray and Nola Corcoran of Canonsburg, we are sad to say, has passed away unexpectedly at his Washington home Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at the age of 68.
He was a 1970 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School, where he played baseball.
He was an employee of All Pro Painters for over 30 years until his retirement.
He loved golf, music and Iron City beer.
He was a longtime member of Muse Italian Club, White Eagles of Canonsburg, Polish National Union Club of Canonsburg and Pulaski Club of Washington.
Thomas was loved by all who met him. He married Sylvia Jackson on January 27, 1977. They were married for 42 years, and though they had no children of their own, he was like a father to all his nephews and nieces.
Sadly, left behind are his wife, Sylvia; sisters, Pat Buyan and Pam Evans; brothers, Herky, Dan and Tim Corcoran; and nieces and nephews.
No words can say how much he will forever be missed.
Friends will be received from 3 to 6 p.m., the time of service, Saturday, September 21, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to American Heart Association, Four Gateway Center, 444 Liberty Avenue, Suite 1300, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-1207, in memory of Tom.
