Bernard D. Dunn

Bernard D. Dunn, 91, of Washington, died Thursday, December 17, 2020, in the Washington Hospital.
He was born January 29, 1929, in Pittsburgh, a son of Augustus and Angela Coss Dunn.
Mr. Dunn retired from the United States Air Force after serving for more than 30 years.
He was a member of the American Legion Post #175, Washington.
On June 10, 1997, in Washington, he married Marian Louise McBride, who died May 27, 2020. His first wife and mother of his children, Carol B. Ruffing, died February 11, 1994.
Surviving are two sons, Keith Robert Dunn of Texas and Kenneth Dunn of Phoenix, Ariz.; five daughters, Linda Dunn of Washington, Denise Dunn of Finleyville, Dawn (Alan) Wade of Washington, Karen Dunn of Hoschton, Ga., and Kathleen (Ralph) Iorio; three grandchildren, Grayson, Sydney and Foster; four stepchildren, William (Linda) McBride of Claysville, Wendy (Ray) Irey, Kim (John) Chadwick and Lynne (Ronald) Duray, all of Washington.
Deceased is a son, Kevin Dunn; and a brother, David Dunn.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, all services are private and entrusted to Hummell & Jones Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington, Douglas M. Jones, supervisor. Interment in Prosperity Cemetery with full military honors afforded by American Legion Post #175 and the United States Air Force.
