Frances J. Volcheck, 86, of California, formerly of Daisytown, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020, in North Strabane Rehab and Wellness Center.
She was born February 18, 1934, in East Pike Run, a daughter of the late Frank and Sarah Coking Hartley.
A homemaker, Frances was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She enjoyed decorating, cooking, knickknacks and ceramics.
Frances was a member of California Nazarene Church.
Surviving are a son, Joseph Volcheck; and a granddaughter, Brendie Volcheck, both of Daisytown; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, are a daughter-in-law, Barbara “Barbie” Maslo Carbone Volcheck; and several brothers and sisters.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of service, with Pastor Adam Lawson officiating, Thursday, November 5, in the John B.
