Daniel P. Levi
Daniel P. Levi, 100, of Eighty Four, North Strabane Township, died Saturday, April 3, 2021, in Friendship Village of South Hills Health Center in Upper St. Clair.
He was born December 27, 1920, in Monongahela, a son of the late Dario and Severina Dolphi Levi.
Mr. Levi was retired as a self-employed bricklayer who, with his brothers, had operated the former Livi Brothers Construction.
He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville, American Legion Post 902 in Houston and a life member of Loyal Order of Moose 172 in Finleyville.
Dan enjoyed gardening and doing yard work.
Surviving are his wife, Christine ‘Tina’ Manduzio Levi; two sons, Dan Levi (Lesa) of Canonsburg, and Ron Levi (Denise), of Las Vegas, Nev.; two daughters, Cindy Anderson (Bill) of Eighty Four, and Crissy Watkins (J.R.) of New Philadelphia, Ohio; eight grandchildren; 10 great- grandchildren;one great-great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased are three brothers, Geno, Michael and Stanley Levi, and two sisters, Anna Caserta and Dolores Zur.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Kegel Funeral Home Inc., Tim Kegel, supervisor, David Kegel, director, 3560 Washington Avenue, in Finleyville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville. Private interment will be held at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in McMurray.
