James A. Loosz, 76, of Finleyville, died Saturday, April 3, 2021, in his home.
He was born April 9, 1944, in Homestead, a son of the late Andrew and Hermine Kalvin Loosz.
Jim was retired as a sheet metal worker at Bechtel Bettis Corporation in Dravosburg.
He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville, was an avid model train collector, and enjoyed antique British cars.
Surviving are his wife, Pamela Heisler Loosz; a daughter, Jamie Lucas (Brian) of New Market, Md.; two sisters, Jeanette Zafaras of Munhall and Andrea Fike of West Mifflin; two grandchildren, Scott and Jordan Travers; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to his parents, is a son, Christopher Loosz.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., the time of a blessing service, Thursday, April 8, in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., Tim P. Kegel, supervisor, David P. Kegel, director, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville.
