Michael A. Dipyatic Sr. passed away peacefully, in his home, Sunday, April 18, 2021. He was born Feburary 23, 1945, in Bentleyville, a son of Ann Stepko and John “Jay” Dipyatic.
He attended St. Clement Roman Catholic School and graduated from Bentleyville – Ellsworth High School Class of 1963.
He was employed by Equitable Gas Company from 1968 until his retirement in 2000, with 32 years of service.
He was an avid golfer and bowler and belonged to several bowling leagues at Tan-O-Bell Lanes. He enjoyed watching the Steelers and Penguins.
He is survived by Marie Alana Maxem, Victoria Monroe, Michael A. Dipyatic Jr. (Erica); a brother, John Dipyatic Jr. (Theresa); and two sisters, Elizabeth Saffin (Joesph) and Dolores Stein.
There will be no visitation. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Monongahela.
A special thank you to Bentleyville Volunteer Fire Department, UPMC Visiting Nurses and Aides and especially the nurses and aids of VITAS Hospice Care. He will be greatly missed by his family and remembered forever.
