Kathleen A. Mowery
Kathleen A. Mowery, 62, of Amity, went home to be with her Lord Monday, April 19, 2021.
She was born in Canonsburg, June 25, 1958, a daughter of the late John and Patricia Engle Kisko.
She was a 1976 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School. She worked at Mayview State Hospital and then at Western Center until her retirement in 2009.
She was a devoted member of Arise Christian Fellowship in Washington.
She loved gardening, camping and swimming.
On September 25, 1999, she married Lewis Eugene Mowery III.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of 21 years, are four sons, Lewis Mowery, Jonathan (Breanna) Mowery, Nathan Mowery (Kaya) and Kaidon Mowery; sister, Christine (Doug) Linville of Georgia; and brother, Alan (Courtney) Kisko of Strabane, six grandchildren, Adrianne, Jemma, Sophia, Skyla, Trevor, Avery; as well as many nieces, nephews and a beautiful church family who will miss her very much.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, are a brother, Timmy Kisko.
Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in Arise Christian Fellowship, 682 Broad Street, Washington, PA 15301, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 24, with Pastor Tim Lindsay officiating.
