Donna Fay Killen
Donna Fay Killen, 59, of Washington, died Friday, November 26, 2021, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born February 26, 1962, in Washington Hospital, the daughter of the late Lois Jane Brightwell Killen, and the late Harry Edward Killlen III.
Ms. Killen was a graduate of Washington High School and Kent State University, where she earned her B.S. in Applied Mathematics / Computer Science.
She was a Past Worthy Matron of Lincoln Chapter, #112, OES, Washington, Past Worthy Matron of Evening Star Chapter, #187, OES, Claysville, and was a member of Martha V. Paul Chapter, #404, OES Washington.
She was also a member of Carnegie Assembly #80 SOOB, a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), a member of the National Society Daughters of the American Colonists, and a member of the Mayflower Society.
Surviving are a sister, Debra K. (Jon) Karl of Greenfield Center, N.Y.; two brothers, David J. (Debbie) Killen of Felton, Del., and Harry E. (Jamie) Killen, IV., of Washington; three nieces and two nephews, Jennifer A. (Bryan) Killen-Sunday, Heather R. Killen-Cobb, David J. (Shelley Covington) Killen Jr., Amanda M. (Dennis) Stienstraw-Pierson and Matthew M. Killen; seven great-nieces, Peyton and Paisley Cobb, Callee and Abbee Killen, Jada Horner and Riley Pierson and Karina Sunday; two great-nephews, Brayden Horner and Hunter Pierson.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, December 2, in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Avenue, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Supervisor/Director, Holly Renay Warco, Director, S. Timothy Warco II, Director, Park N. Crosier, Director.
The Order of the Eastern Star Martha V. Paul Chapter #404 will render a service at 7 p.m. on Thursday in the funeral home.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 3, in the funeral home with the Rev. James Kimmel officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Martha V. Paul Chapter #404 to be contributed to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. Contributions can be sent to 44 W. Wheeling Street, Washington PA 15301.
