Tamara “Tammy” A. Rogers Sizemore, 53, of Waynesburg, passed away from a long courageous battle with Covid Pneumonia on Monday, November 29, 2021, at Washington Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Born January 24, 1968, in Waynesburg, the daughter of the late Shirl and Helen Patterson Rogers.

Tammy lived in Greene County her whole life. She was a former member of the Crabapple Community Church, Wind Ridge.

Tammy married her best friend and soulmate, Steve Sizemore, on November 12, 2016.

She was employed with Interm Healthcare for 18 years.

Tammy enjoyed shopping at Flea Markets and Thrift Stores, playing cards and trying her luck at the Hotspot slot machines, but enjoyed time spent with family above all.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, Courtney Reedy, of Finleyville and Brittany (Kyle Varner) Reedy, of Waynesburg; two step-children, Jazzy Sizemore, of Honoker, Va., and Lexy Moore, of Shinnston, W.Va.; three step-grandchildren, Lulu, Macy, Brentley and one on the way, Cole, who she was so very eager to hold and love; five siblings, Gay McMahon, of Waynesburg, Kathy (Bill) Whitlatch, of Sycamore, Kevin (Laura) Rogers, of West Finley, Kelly (Jerry) Tedrow, of Hundred, W.Va., and Tonia Groff, of Monongahela; many nieces and nephews.

The loss is immense but so is the love she left behind, touching so many with a lasting warm impression. A beautiful soul and contagious smile, we will never forget a life who has given us so much to remember.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, December 3, at Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home, LLC., 3275 W. Roy Furman Hwy., Rogersville, 724-499-5181.

An additional visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, December 4, at the funeral home, with the funeral service being held directly after, with Pastor Don Amon, officiating. Burial will follow at Rosemont Cemetery, Center Township.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 600 Waterfront Drive #210, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
