Eric M. Collelo, 49, of West Alexander, passed away peacefully at home, after a brave battle with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma on Sunday, December 5, 2021.

He was born June 15, 1972, in Jersey City, N.J., the son of Joseph P. Collelo and the late Marylou Mannino Collelo.

He was employed as a driver with Old Dominion Freight Line for over 20 years. He was a hard worker who deeply loved his family and was always there to help his family members and friends in need.

On April 25, 1998, Eric married Lynn Renee Bianchi.

Surviving in addition to his father and wife, are a son, Warren Collelo at home; a brother, Frank (Lois) Collelo of Valley Grove, W.Va.; special niece, Adriana Collelo; and an aunt, Patricia Collelo of Wheeling, W.Va.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Navigators, navigators.org, an organization that strives “to know Christ, make Him known and help others to do the same.”

Friends will be received from 4 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 9, 2021, with Rev. Bruce Graff officiating, at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 (304-242-2311).

At the request of the family, all guests visiting the funeral home are kindly asked to wear a facial covering.
