Jo Ann Parker
Jo Ann Parker, 64, of Houston, died Thursday, January 28, 2021 in the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born March 15, 1956 in Oil City, a daughter of Patricia Ann Switzer Roberts of Fredonia and the late Clyde Roberts
Jo Ann was a 1973 graduate of Franklin High School and was a member of the Calvary Fellowship Chapel in Mercer.
She was a long-time bus driver for Schweinebraten Bus Co. for the Chartiers-Houston School District.
Jo Ann loved going to all of her grandchildren’s activities.
On November 18, 1972, she married Robert “Bob” Parker who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Jennifer Riggle (Sean) of Houston; a son, Robert “BJ” Parker of Houston; two grandchildren, Seanna and Parker Riggle; two sisters, Theresa Walheim (Lynn) of Hermitage and Karen Wilson (Dale) of Kinsman, OH; two brothers, Andy Roberts (Julie) of Grove City and Don Roberts (Kathleen) of Transfer; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a sister, Dottie Jean Roberts; and a brother, Ron Roberts.
Due to present circumstances, services will be private with burial in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
A celebration of Jo Ann’s life will be held at a later date.
