Mary Bell Orndoff Wilson
Mary Bell Orndoff Wilson, 86, of Morgantown, W.Va., died at 11:07 p.m. Wednesday, February 3, 2021, at home.
She was born Friday, August 17, 1934, in Blacksville, W.Va., a daughter of the late Stanley Dean and Mary Richardson Dean.
When her health permitted, she attended the Christian Missionary Alliance Church. Mary Bell had a quick wit and loved cooking. If you were around Mary Bell long enough, you would learn that she was never afraid to share her mind and to have a good laugh. She worked for 40 years for Westinghouse Phillips in Fairmont, W.Va., retiring in 1992.
Her first husband, Lewis L. Orndoff, whom she married July 16, 1966, died October 10, 1991. Her second husband, Cleatus E. Wilson, whom she married September 9, 1994, died April 10, 2011.
Surviving are her nieces and nephews, Shelley Henkins and Randy Dean, both of Pentress, W.Va., and Mary Frances Dean and William Dean, both of Blacksville, W.Va. Also surviving are several other nieces and nephews as well as Betty Krutko who was her best friend and sister.
Deceased are one infant daughter, Christa Lou Orndoff; and five brothers, Eugene Dean, Fornie Dean, Charles Dean, Robert Dean and Irving Dean.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of the service, Sunday, February 7, in the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc., Daryl L. Throckmorton, Owner/Director, 197 North Maiden Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370, with Rev. William Parker officiating. Burial will be in Fairall Cemetery, Waynesburg.
