James Joseph Young
James Joseph “Jay” Young, 48, of Washington, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, February 7, 2021.
He was born November 21, 1972, in Washington, a son of the late James G. Young and Erma Levi Young of Washington, who survives.
Mr. Young was a 1990 graduate of Trinity High School. He worked as a heavy equipment operator. Mr. Young enjoyed boating, skiing, snow mobiles and cooking. He loved life, his family and his children and will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, is his former wife, Laura of Waynesburg; a son, Austin Young of Waynesburg; three daughters, Abigale and Ella Young of Waynesburg and Kassandra Williams of Washington; his fiance, Tanya Williams of Washington; a brother, Geno (Cindy) Levi of Southpointe; and two nieces, Kiana (Regan) Hershey of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and Nakia Levi of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
