Margaret F. “Marge” Christman, 81, of Finleyville, died Sunday, February 7, 2021, at Baptist Homes in Mt. Lebanon.

She was born June 19, 1939, in Brooklyn, N.Y., a daughter of the late Anthony and Laura Serrapica Grimaldi.

Mrs. Christman was retired as an executive assistant at Glaxo Smith Kline Inc. in Pittsburgh.

She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville, the Red Hat Society and served as a cadet and senior leader with Girl Scout Troop 54056 in Finleyville.

Marge enjoyed family camping trips and traveling to the Jersey Shore.

Surviving are her husband, James Christman; two sons, James Christman Jr. (Lisa) of South Park and Robert Christman (Dawnmarie) of Mt. Lebanon; a daughter, Laura Ann Christman of Bethel Park; a brother, Matthew Grimaldi of Pittstown, N.J.; a sister, Antonia DeJonge of Lake Mary, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., Tim P. Kegel, supervisor, David P. Kegel, director, 3560 Washington Avenue in Finleyville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 11, in St. Francis Church, 3609 Washington Avenue, in Finleyville. Interment in Washington Cemetery will be private.
