Alex A. Spell, 27, of Dilliner, died unexpectedly Sunday, February 7, 2021, in his home. Born in Fayetteville, N.C., August 20, 1993, he was a son of Pamela Craig McDonald of Dilliner, and the late Earl Spell.
Alex was formerly employed as an equipment operator for Myers Excavating in Morgantown.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Zander Spell of Derry; stepfather Robert McDonald; a sister, Angela Spell of North Carolina; and two brothers, Daniel Spell and Elijah McDonald, both of West Virginia.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. hour of service Saturday, February 13, in Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion. Interment follows in Fairview Cemetery, Taylortown.
