Beverly J. Winkleblech
Beverly J. Winkleblech, 80, of Bentleyville, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021, in Washington Hospital.
She was born December 18, 1940, in New Eagle, a daughter of the late Gaylord F. and Alta Murphy Deems.
Mrs. Winkleblech was a 1958 graduate of California Area High School and earned an associate’s degree in business administration from Penn Commercial.
She was employed as the secretary of Grace United Methodist Church for over 30 years, retiring in 1997.
Beverly was a member of the Pigeon Creek Presbyterian Church, Eighty Four, the United Methodist Women and the Red Hat Society.
Mrs. Winkleblech enjoyed cooking, baking and flower gardening.
On June 30, 1962, she married Leonard M. Winkleblech, who died December 30, 2020.
Surviving are two sons, Keith Winkleblech (Tammy) of Canonsburg, and Troy Winkleblech (Fran) of Somerset Township; four grandchildren, Austyn, Aydin, Haley and Abby.
Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, are a son, Jay Winkleblech; and nephew, Dan Brock.
Friends will be received from 12 to 1 p.m., the time of services, Friday, February 26, in the Greenlee’s Bentleyville Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, with Pastor John Dykstra officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Creek Cemetery. COVID-19 protocol will be observed including face coverings and social distancing.
