Carol Ann Yanda
Carol Ann Yanda, 79, of Canonsburg, died Wednesday, January 13, 2021, in The Greenery.
She was born June 6, 1941, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Daniel and Alma Samuels Horne.
Carol graduated from Shaler High School and was a homemaker.
On April 10, 1965, Carol married John L. Yanda, who survives.
Also surviving are daughters Diane (Scott) Kafana of Washington and Linda (John) Anthony of Irwin; a sister, Sandy Horne of Gibsonia; grandchildren Haley, Morgan and Gracyn Kafana, William and Evan Anthony; great-grandchildren Xander and Lexie; and several nieces and nephews.
Carol was Methodist by faith.
Her hobbies included crafts, shopping and baking. She loved animals, especially cats and dogs. Carol loved spending time with her friends and family.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all services are private.
