Jane D. Conway
Jane D. Conway, 77, of Washington, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, Wednesday, January 13, 2021, in Presbyterian Senior Care.
Born April 25, 1943, in Washington, she was a daughter of the late James Harry and Olive Dalton Mumper.
In 1994, she married Edward Conway Sr., who preceded her in death in 1999.
Jane was a graduate of McGuffey High School. After owning/operating Club 31 and Jane’s Consignment Shop, she worked at various retail stores, retiring as the assistant manager at Christopher & Banks Clothing Store.
Jane was a member of the Taylorstown Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary, the American Legion Auxiliary and was very dedicated to her volunteer work with the Washington Hospital Auxiliary, where she served on the board and accumulated more than 4,500 hours of volunteer work. She was very devoted to and a proud Grandma of Lauren and Linsey. She will forever be remembered as GMa to their friends and sports families.
She is survived by her daughter, Terri (Brad) Zrimm of Avella; her son, Mark (Rhonda) Grose of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and two granddaughters, Lauren (Trevor) Watson and Linsey Mersky (Jim Duchi).
Family and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 23, in the mausoleum chapel at Woodruff Memorial Park Cemetery, 2095 Washington Road, Canonsburg, PA 15317. Arrangements entrusted to Beinhauer-Bogan Funeral Home (724-745-5810).
