Myrldean Iams Jusko

Myrldean Iams Jusko, 92, of Washington, died Sunday, January 24, 2021, in her home, surrounded by her family.
She was born April 10, 1928, a daughter of the late Donald E. and Myrl Hillberry Iams.
Myrldean was primarily a full-time mom. She was an avid artist. One of her works was chosen to be displayed at the White House in Washington, D.C. She later started Painting with Icing, a side business where she designed specialty cakes. She made the cake for the 35th and last policeman’s ball, several weddings, and multiple American Legion functions.
She was a member of The Edwin Scott Linton Post #175 Auxiliary of the American Legion for 47 years, and a member of the Senior Citizens of Washington.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Louis R. Baumgartner and Paul Jusko Jr.
Left behind to cherish her memory are a beloved son, Donald L. (Salena) Baumgartner of West Alexander; a daughter, Mickey (Rick) Capo of Madera, Calif.; a sister, Carol (Mark) Beil-Dunn of Prosperity; four granddaughters, Darsell (Justin) Dearing, Deana (Joseph) Kulbacki, Michele Chavez and Meilssa Bell; six great-grandchildren, Jazmine Jackson, Miranda Chavez, Michael Chavez, Nick Dearing, Ryleigh Dearing and Dash Kulbacki; three special nieces, Debra (Walter Wasik) Bloom, Kandee (Keith) Kovack and Lori Roach; and three special nephews, Robert (Sandy Youngblood) Bails, Joseph Bails and Donald Iams III.
Also deceased are a brother, Donald E. Iams II; and two sisters, Junita Nesbit and Dora Molinaro.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, January 27, in the Hummell and Jones Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington, Douglas M. Jones, supervisor, Dr. Lawrence K. Donovan, director. All other services are private.
