Marlin Phillip Leasure

Marlin Phillip ‘Doc’ Leasure, 75 years old, of Cecil Township, died Wednesday, January 27, 2021, in The Greenery Rehab Center, Canonsburg.
He was born July 17, 1945, in Carnegie, a son of the late Chester Wendell and Thelma Pearl Bloom Leasure.
He was a Specialist 4 in the Pennsylvania National Guard and a expert marksman.
He was a member of Cecil American Legion, and Muse Italian Club. He enjoyed playing golf, and shooting pool, and having a cup of coffee with friends.
He was a self-employed residential carpenter.
Surviving are sons Dean Leasure of Cecil and Aaron Leasure of McDonald; six grandchildren; brothers Geary (Linda) Leasure and Edgar (Lynnette) Leasure, both of Cecil Township; and a sister, Charlotte DeAngelis of Strongsville, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Thomas and Chester, Jr. Leasure.
Friends will be received 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, January 29, in the Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services, 3378 Millers Run Road, Cecil, PA.
Private interment will be in the Greenridge Memorial, Connellsville.
